Five One Recruitment Ltd was founded in 2015 with the sole purpose of operating differently to other recruitment agencies. Our processes and service is solely focussed on adding value to our clients and candidates. We work with no operational targets which removes the need for us to meet call targets or interview targets. This leaves us with the time and motivation to focus on quality over quantity. The training of recruitment professionals normally focusses on how many calls are made, how many CVs are being sent, how many interviews are ongoing and how many placements are made. While these things need to happen to succeed, we believe they should not be the focus of a recruitment company as there is no focus on value when the measurement of these processes are only based on quantity.
